Barrel Nickel Plating

Our capabilities

Barrel Nickel Plating is a batch plating process where components are placed in a perforated, none conductive, barrel type cage.

The process is ideal for high volume, smaller components and gives a uniform coating.

Our Barrel Nickel line is fully automated, making it efficient and economical for this type of batch processing where jigs/hangers and solution agitation is not required.

Lowe & Fletcher Metal Finishing also have Barrel Brass and Barrel Tin plating options.
