The vibro/deburr process is used to deburr, descale, remove sharp edges, raised surfaces and other imperfections to improve the overall finish of the components.
Lowe & Fletcher Metal Finishing have five vibratory bowls that prep’ components for both electroplating and powder coat. This can vary between a basic cleaning and deburring process to a more intensive polishing process.
