Powder Coating

Our capabilities

We operate an automated, five stage pre treatment plant using a high performance iron phosphate solution suitable for steel, aluminim and zinc diecastings. The solution not only cleans the components but also provides a uniform conversion coating to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion to the paint finish.

The product then passes through a drying oven prior to coating. We have several available stocked base colours that are used on our automatic spray booths, the most popular being RAL9005 Automotive Black and RAL9016 White.

We also have the facility to process any small volume and colour of choice through our manual spray booth.
